Gregory “Greg” Melvin Schnebelt, 75 of Conover went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Catawba Valley Medical Center.
Born on February 29, 1948 in Hamilton County, Ohio, he was the son of the late Melvin and Mildred Schuman Schnebelt. Greg enjoyed music and his years playing in a band, gardening and time spent with family. He was loved by his family and will be dearly missed.
In addition to his parents, Greg is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jeffery Schnebelt and Wayne Schnebelt.
Those left to cherish his memory include, his wife of 22 years, Sylvia Bizier Schnebelt; a daughter, Veronica Schnebelt Wise (Eric); 3 grandchildren, Darian Wise, Logan Wise and Jarrod Wise; a brother-in-law, Normand Bizier, Jr.; 2 nieces, Amy Schnebelt Summerlin and Maggie Tallent and a nephew, Adam Schnebelt.
There will be no scheduled services at this time.
