She was born on May 2, 1943, to the late Luther John Roberts and Cora Ellen Wilson Roberts in Buncombe County.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Johnnie Dean Roberts Hinson and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Hickory. Pastor Ernie Richards will officiate the service.
