Jean Julia Bowers Bezio 94 of Hickory, Nc formerly of Orange Mass., passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday Nov. 18th, 2023. Jean was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family. In her younger years she loved to fish, do needle point and ride on the back of the Harley! She also loved the slot machines! Jean was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years William Bezio. Her loving companion of 27 years Yvon Bourbeau parents Mildred and Olin Bowers, two sisters and one brother, two daughters Jean Bezio and Carey Willis along with 2 step-sons Steven, Dennis. Jean is survived by 4 children Cindy (Ab Givens ) Southwood, Candy Burch, Cathy (Jim) Kendrick and Bill Bezio, 5 Step Children Edward Bourbeau, Lynn Guerin, Colleen Farmer, Janet Mitchell and Donna Allen, Many grandchildren and Great/ Great Great grandchildren. Upon her wishes there will be no calling hours or service. There will be a private gathering of the family at a later date.
