JEAN STYLES BIGGERSTAFF HICKORY- Jean S. Biggerstaff, 78, went home to be with the Lord on August 20, 2015. Born June 8, 1937 in Burnsville, NC to the late Rass and Islean Styles. She was a loving mother and grandmother who cared more about her family then herself. She loved to cook and bluegrass gospel. After 20 plus years at Forest City Tools she retired. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband of 37 years, Bob Biggerstaff and her second husband of 16 years Orman Key and two siblings. Left to cherish her memory are her two children, Charles Styles and Ann Bowman and husband Allen; two grandsons, Chase and Colby Bowman; and three siblings, Remona Lynn, Frances Deaton, and Gary Styles. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at 2 pm at Catawba Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.
