HICKORY – Jean Lucille Yoder, 76 of Hickory passed away on March 24, 2026.
She was born on November 20, 1949 in Catawba County to Ruth Gragg Houston and the late Max Roy Houston. Jean was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was known for her delicious cheesecakes. She enjoyed playing golf and going on cruises with her late husband.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Yoder.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Ruth Gragg Houston, brother, Robert Houston and numerous other family members.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 2:30 PM at Catawba Memorial Park with Pastor Ricky Green and Pastor Brian Gragg officiating. Burial will follow.
