One Christmas, Santa brought Hoppy a complete Hopalong Cassidy outfit; hat, guns, boots, fringed shirt and pants! I was green w/envy! No one ever convinced me that I had received the Dale Evans equivalent outfit (a skirt and NO guns!)
RIP, Hoppy!❤️

Hop and I were the "middle" sibblings. He was more "special" of course, being the only son. Always was a pain in the neck growing up - now the pain is in my heart. Never knew I would miss him so much.
