Kathryn Maine Howell

HICKORY - Kathryn Maine Howell, 76, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2015, at Brian Center-East. Kathryn was born Aug. 31, 1939, in Neva, Tenn., to the late Odell and Georgia Mae Miller Maine. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Elmer Howell. Kathryn was a member of Faith Baptist Church and retired from the dietary department of Pellcare. Surviving are her daughter, Kathy Ann Richardson and husband, Cecil of Hickory; sons, Curtis L. Teague Jr. and wife, Linda of Whiteford, Md., Timothy Wade Teague and wife, Peggy of Forest Hill, Md. and Scott Wayne Teague of Forest Hill, Md.; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015, at 2 p.m., at Hickory Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Sapoch officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
