

Lacy was born March 2, 1934 in Cumberland Co. to the late Norman E. and Belle Kinlaw Hulon.
He was a member of Highland Baptist Church and retired from Joan Fabric and later worked part time for The City of Hickory.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by three brothers. William Edward Hulon, Jesse Alexander Hulon and Herbert H. Hulon .
Surviving in addition to his wife ; Linda Moretz Hulon of the home , two sons, Michael Christopher Hulon of Newton, Reginald Vernon Hulon and fiancé, April of Hickory, two granddaughters, Macyn Jane Price of Vale,Tara Elizabeth Price of Vale, two grandsons, Casey Phillip Hulon of Newton, Justin Kerry Hulon of Newton, a daughter-in-law Felicia Michelle Price of Vale, three sisters, Josephine Melvin of Fayetteville, Dorothy Wingate of Hope Mills, Ruth Ann Long of Sumter, SC ,three brothers, Franklin Hulon of Jacksonville, FL, Joe “J.L.” Hulon and wife Merlyn of Hope Mills and Grady Hulon and wife Dianne Hulon of Charlotte.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday February 15th 2012 at 2:00 PM at Highland Baptist Church with the Reverends Jesse Lott and Kenny Robison. The body will lie-in-state 30 minutes prior to the service.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday February 14th, 2012 from 6:30 PM until 8:00 PM. at Hickory Funeral Home
Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
