Mrs. Lorraine Lail Bailey

Lorraine was born March 18, 1921 in Catawba Co. to the late Floyd V. and Mildred Setzer Lail. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo G. Bailey and a brother, Kenneth Ray Lail.

Lorraine was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church and retired from Catawba Paper Box.

Surviving are a daughter: Judith “Judy” Saine and husband, Ken of Hickory, grandsons: Kurt Saine and wife, Cherry of Greeneville, TN and Drew A. Saine of Baltimore, MD, great grandsons: Kurt A Saine of Hill AF Base, Utah, Kenneth Saine of Greeneville, TN and Trent Saine of Madison, NC.

A memorial service will be Saturday, April 2, at 2:00 P. M. at Hickory Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend W. Richard Fritz officiating.

The family will receive friends following the memorial service Saturday.

The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Sterling House for the excellent and loving care given to Lorraine.
