Lynzie Renee Jackson

Lynzie Renee Jackson, 14, passed away Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013, at Brenner's Children Hospital, Winston-Salem, after a brief illness. Lynzie was born Jan. 28, 1999, in Catawba County, to Melissa Bulanyi and T.J. Jackson. She was a member of New Life Baptist Church and a student at St. Stephens High School. Surviving are her mother, Melissa Bulanyi of Hickory; father, T.J. Jackson of Claremont; sister, Ashlynn of Hickory; brothers, Aaren and Kaiden, both of Hickory; maternal grandparents, Jerry and Faith Parker of Hickory; maternal grandfather, Rick Greene of Conover; maternal great-grandmother, Phyllis Quackenbos of Hickory; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Patricia Jackson of Grundy, Va.; aunt, Meleah Greene of Durham; uncle, Mark Jackson and wife, Freda, of Grundy, Va.; and cousins, Jodie, Katie, Jackson and Preston Sykes. Services will be Wednesday, Nov. 27, at 2 p.m., at New Life Baptist Church, 4639 County Home Rd., Conover, with the Rev. Steve Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Catawba Memorial Park.
