Mary Revonda Huffman 96 died at Trinity Ridge Nursing Home May 7, 2016. Revonda was born October 12, 1919 to the late Otis P. and Bessie Bowman. She was preceded in death by her husband Boyd A. Huffman, four brothers, Otis E. Bowman, Earl Bowman, Caious Bowman, Fulmer Bowman and four sisters, Gertraie Bowman, Vernie Bowman, Loretta B. Hicks, Janette B. Queen. Survivors include a step-son, Gary Huffman and wife Joyce and a step-daughter Linda Drawbarn. Also surviving are a number of nephews and nieces. Revonda was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. Rev. J. David Bryant will be conducting graveside services Monday, May 9 at 1:00pm at Catawba Memorial Park in Hickory. The Huffman family is under the care of Catawba Funeral Home.
