Mary Murphy Neff

Mary Murphy Neff, 72 of Hickory, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Mary was born in Dade County, Florida to Joseph Albert and Mary Elizabeth Murphy. Mary was retired from Catawba Valley Medical Center as an operating room RN. She was of the Catholic faith and once a Novice Catholic Nun. Mary was a graduate of Florida International University.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Mary Elizabeth Edington Stafford, brother, Jack Murphy and wife Patricia, niece Leal-Ann Murphy Kratz and husband Daniel Eric, nephews Timothy Michael Murphy and wife Lauren Elizabeth, John Patrick Murphy and wife Ally Michele, great nieces Elizabeth Rose Murphy, Marley Rain Murphy, great nephews Gunnar Reid Murphy and Liam Blaze Murphy.
