

Patricia Ann “Pat” Hollar passed away peacefully after many years of struggling with Alzheimer’s. She will be missed dearly by her family. Pat was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Macie Eugene Mull, brothers Robert Lancaster “Bob” and Charles Edward "Chunny" Mull, grandson Andrew Tyler Warren and great granddaughter, Vada Renee Warren.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 65 years, Bobby Dean Hollar, her son Terry Dean Hollar and wife Joye. Daughters and son in-laws, Vanessa Hollar Warren and husband Eddie, Michelle Hollar Wallace and husband Sam. Her beloved grandchildren, Trey Warren, Cameron Simmons (Savanah), Lauren Romash (Ryan), and Graham Simmons (Ciara). Great grandchildren, Elsy Warren, River Romash, Adalynn Jenkins, Everleigh Jenkins, Kinsley Simmons and Cadence Simmons; step grandchildren, Sam Wallace III (Heidi). Tyler Wallace (Mary), Elizabeth Gardner (Jack). She is also survived by her sister Betty Carney.
At the center of Pat's life was her family. She was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Bob, for 65 wonderful years. Together they built a life rooted in faith, love, and commitment, setting an example of devotion that inspired all who knew them. They loved traveling together and visiting friends in other states, as well as being at their mountain home just being with each other. Their enduring marriage was a testament to the power of love, patience, and partnership.
Pat was a loving and dedicated mother who nurtured her children with unwavering support, wisdom, and unconditional love. She took great pride in her family and found her greatest happiness in seeing her children, Terry, Vanessa, and Michelle grow and flourish.
Pat was also a loving grandmother and great grandmother who cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren. She took great joy in their lives, celebrating their accomplishments, encouraging their dreams, and surrounding them with unconditional love. Her grandchildren will forever treasure the memories they shared with her and the wisdom, warmth, and faith she imparted to them.
Pat was a woman of unwavering faith, boundless love, and quiet strength whose life was a blessing to all who knew her. A devoted Christian, she faithfully served her church St.Stephens Lutheran Church(LCMS) and was an active member of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League, where she dedicated countless hours to sharing Christ's love through service, fellowship, and mission work. She even served as a bus driver for St Stephens Lutheran School(LCMS).
Pat was also a treasured friend whose warmth, laughter, and genuine interest in others enriched the lives of those around her. She especially cherished the time spent with her close-knit group of friends affectionately known as "FLIGHT 7." Their monthly card games were much more than a friendly competition—they were opportunities to share stories, laughter, encouragement, and the lasting bonds of friendship. Pat looked forward to these gatherings and deeply valued the friendships that brought so much joy to her life.
While her family and friends mourn her passing, they also give thanks for a life well lived—a life marked by faith, service, love, and devotion. Her memory will remain a source of comfort and inspiration for generations to come.

The service of remembrance will be Thursday, June 25, 2026 at St. Stephens Lutheran Church (LCMS). The receiving will be held from 1:00pm-2:45pm and the Celebration of life will follow at 3:00pm.
