Patricia Ann Waters

Born in Catawba County on September 2, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Luther and Ruby Kelly Herman.

Patricia was co-owner and operator of Circus Hall of Cream with her husband Jess for 49 years. She also was a member of Highland United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband Jess Waters of the home; daughters Crystal Carlton and husband Randy, and Mandy Shepherd and husband Brady; grandchildren Courtney Long, Cody Long and wife Cassie, Colton Shepherd, and Emma Shepherd; great grandsons Jonathan Wayman and Cooper Smith; great granddaughter Caroline Long; sister Kelley Hefner, and a brother Jackie Herman and wife Valerie; numerous special nieces and nephews. In addition to her family, she is survived by her Circus Hall of Cream family, past and present.

The family will receive friends Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm at Highland United Methodist Church.

Memorial service will be follow at 3:00 pm at Highland United Methodist Church with Pastor Roy Miller officiating.
