Robertas' passing was a huge shock, as I wasnt aware she was even ill. Roberta, over the years has been one of the very nicest, purest, and sweetest Ladies I've ever met in our Church. We shared much about our lives prior to last year.
I am so very sorry that in not knowing of her illness, I wasnt able to be there for anything she may have needed.
Roberta loved the Lord and is now There with Him. I praise Him that he took her away from her affliction and is in peace.
I will never forget the Hugs & Sharing. RIP my Dear Roberta.

Roberta was my friend for many, many years. She smiled through good times and hard times, and she was always full of faith in our Saviour, Jesus Christ. She was creative and expert in sewing, tatting, and other creative outlets. Using these talents, she made many gifts for friends and loved ones. She was a loyal friend who regularly sent me friendly and funny emails even when I moved far away for a few years. Goodbye, my friend. We’ll miss you.

I enjoyed working with Roberta in the Catawba County Library System immensely. I did not get to do so nearly often enough.
She was a strong lady with convictions regarding justice and fairness. Outspoken but with a gentle spirit. Always ready to help in any way. Forever with that beautiful smile.
She will be missed. With Love and Prayers to all the family.
Sincerely, Kathy Freeman
