Rodger Lee Keller

Rodger was born June 28, 1956 in Catawba County to Mrs. Ruby Young Keller and the late Paul William Keller. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Walter and Martha Young and paternal grandparents Marvin and Catherine Keller.

Rodger had retired from Southern Furniture, Upholstery Plant. His hobbies included his garden, working with wood products and his beloved dog “Smokey”.

Survivors include his mother Ruby Young Keller of Hickory, two brothers, Brian Wayne Keller and his wife Terry, Gerald Keller and his wife Connie, Nephews, Chad Keller, Brian Wayne “BJ” Keller and Austin Keller, a niece Chastity Keller, Great nephews, Tucker Keller, Parker Keller, Logan Barnes Great nieces, Caroline Keller, Abigail Keller, Breanah Barnes, two aunts Katie Childers and Mary Burns, all of Hickory.

The family will receive friends at Hickory Funeral Home Monday from 6:30 until 8:00 P. M.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A. M. Tuesday at Hickory Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ronald Arndt officiating. Burial will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.
