She was born on March 27, 1928 to the late Raymond Killian and Anna Whitener Killian in Catawba County.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Crowder; three sisters; and a brother.
Survivors include her son, Gary Crowder of Hickory; grandchildren, Robin Pearson and husband Kevin, Lori Crowder; great grandchildren, Rayden Pearson, Sabrina Pearson, Keith Pearson, Jamie Walker, Christopher Walker, Alicia Long; and five great great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Catawba Memorial Park. The Reverend Ernie Richards will be officiating the service.
