Born in West Virginia on August 17, 1958, she was the daughter of the late John and Audrey Kiser Miller,
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edward Boulanger; sisters Patricia Pickens and Precious Miller, and her brother James “Jimmy” Miller.
She is survived by her daughter Misty Allen and husband Jason of Claremont; her son Hershel Brant and wife Johnnie of Claremont; grandchildren Miranda Lopez and husband Jose, and Hunter Allen; great grandchildren Ethan, Daniel, Joseph, Noah, Lenuel, and Ahna Lopez; sisters Penny Miller and Nancy Bisell and husband David, and her brother Jack Miller and his wife Nancy.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Hickory Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 6:00 pm in the chapel at Hickory Funeral Home with Reverend Carlos Rodriquez officiating.
