

Tabatha was born May 21, 1973 in Catawba Co. to Debbie Icard Miller and Billy Spake, Jr.
She was preceded in death by her mat grandmother, Mary Icard and her pat grandmother, Betty Louise Canipe.
She was a 1991 graduate of Fred T. Foard High School. After graduation she went off to study cosmetology and a dental assistant, member of Blackburn Baptist Church and was employed by Aptar Group, Inc. of Lincolnton.
Surviving are her former husband, Jason Heavner, of Conover; daughters; Chasity Spake of McGuire Air Force Base, Trenton, N. J and Carly Heavner of Newton; son, Travis McGalliard, of Lenoir; mother and step father, Debbie and Danny Miller, of Newton; father and step mother, Billy and Debbie Spake, of Hickory; pat grandfather, Bill Spake, Sr., of Lawndale; sisters, Erica Spake Wallace, of Lincolnton, Leah Savastano of Oak Ridge, N. J. and Lauren Huffman of Hickory; brother, Stephen Craig, of Hickory and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be Sunday, August 18, at 3:00 P. M. at New Vision Ministries, Lincolnton with Pastor Scott Mann, Gary Walton and Marion Powell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 – 3:00 P. M. at the church.
