Virginia was born February 16, 1930 in Bassett, VA to the late Ivey Logan Barber and Beulah Wildie Killian Barber.
She was a member of Highland Baptist Church and worked as a pattern maker at Hickory Springs Manufacturing for over 25 years.
Surviving is her husband of 68 years, Ralph Emanuel Price of the home; sons R. Daniel Price of Newton, Alan Price and wife Victoria of Hickory; and brother Ivey Nile Barber and wife Virginia of Hickory; 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday September 21, 2015 from 11:30AM until 1:45PM at Highland Baptist Church.
Services will be held at Highland Baptist Church on Monday September 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Reverend Kenny Robison officiating.
Interment will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.
