Eugene J. Sebastiano

Eugene was born on June 17, 1938 in Glen Cove, NY to John & Anna Sebastiano. One of his favorite things was telling stories about growing up in a family with 11 children. Eugene and his siblings remained close throughout their lives. He owned South Ridge Deli in Glen Cove with his younger brother Fred. He loved gardening, the Yankees and spending time with family.

Eugene was predeceased by his loving wife Judith and his son Peter John. He is survived by his three daughters Gina Sebastiano (Bruce Brooks), Tracy Patracuolla (Daniel), Leanne Rose (Glen), his grandchildren Meghan (Dan Dohman), Daniel, Kayla, Gabrielle, Liliana, Sebastian, Sophie, his great-granddaughter Ophelia.

Visitation will be held at Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes, 125 W Old Country Road, Hicksville, NY 11801, on August 3, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Ignatius Loyola Parish, 129 S Broadway, Hicksville, NY 11801, US, on August 4, 2026, at 10:00 am, family will be gathering at the funeral home at 8:30 am, and a funeral procession will be leaving the funeral home at 9:30 am.

Interment will follow at Cemetery of the Holy Rood, 111 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590, US, on August 4, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm. Words of condolences may be left for the family.
