may visit at the Vernon C. Wagner funeral home, 125 W. Old Country Rd., Hicksville, NY on Thursday from 5-8pm. Funeral mass, Friday at 10AM at

Holy Family RC Church, Hicksville, NY. Interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury NY.

Francis was born in Brooklyn, NY to Michael and Angelica Logan. He was the third born of eleven children. He was a proud member of the US Navy

and served during the Korean War. When he met the love of his life, Joan, they started a family and eventually moved to Long Island, NY.

After moving to Long Island, he worked as an electrical engineer and enjoyed softball, volleyball and walked in many Long Island Marathons. He was

a devout Catholic who was an active participant in his church. He never complained about any challenge that was thrown at him during his long life.

His smile, sense of humor and upbeat attitude will be missed by all who met him.
