Frank Mancuso

Frank Mancuso, beloved and cherished, passed away on September 24, 2025, at the age of 84. He was a resident of Westbury, New York. Frank was known for being hard-working, honest, generous, faithful, kind-hearted, and loyal.

Born on April 14, 1941, in Amityville, New York, he was raised in Bethpage, New York. Frank was the son of John and Virginia and grew up alongside his two brothers, the late Thomas (Virginia) and Michael (Elisa). From a young age, Frank displayed a strong work ethic, becoming one of the first Newsday Carriers in Bethpage.

After high school, Frank pursued classes in aviation, maintaining flight classes and piloting as a hobby. His professional life was dedicated to being a hairdresser in Glen Cove, New York, where he worked for various salons, including co-owning Hello Beautiful. Frank was known for his generosity and care, often picking up clients who couldn't drive themselves to the salon.

Frank was the life partner of the late Angel Quintos for 55 years. He leaves behind his nieces and nephews: Tiffany (Michael), Andrea (Ahmed), Debbie, John, and TJ, as well as Lucas, Ismaeel, Siraj, Walt, Derrick, Thomas, Isabella, and Natalie. He also leaves behind the nieces of his life partner, Angel.

Frank enjoyed classical music, Broadway shows, and theater, and he cherished spending time with family and friends. His kind and hardworking nature will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held at Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes, 125 W Old Country Road, Hicksville, NY 11801, on September 28, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Brigid Catholic Church, 85 Post Ave, Westbury, NY 11590, on September 29, 2025, at 9:45 am followed by interment at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood, 111 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590, at 11:00 am.
