Nothing brought him greater joy than being "Papa" to his cherished grandchildren, Arianna, Ryan, Landon, Aaron, and Bryson. He adored each of them and treasured every moment spent together. His family was the center of his world, and he took great pride in watching them grow.
He is also survived by his loving siblings, Catherine O’Brien (Thomas) and Dominick Rosato, as well as his beloved nieces, Christine, Janine, and Tiffany, all of whom held a special place in his heart.
Frank dedicated many years of service to the Plainview Fire Department, where he served with distinction as a Captain and later as a Commissioner for ten years. His commitment to his community and fellow firefighters reflected his generous spirit and strong sense of duty.
A man of faith and leadership, Frank was an active member of the Knights of Columbus, rising to the esteemed rank of Grand Knight. He was respected by many for his integrity, kindness, and willingness to help others.
Outside of his service to the community, Frank enjoyed playing handball and treasured the friendships he made throughout the years. Whether on the court, at the firehouse, or gathered with family, he brought warmth, laughter, and a genuine love of life wherever he went.
