5 yrs ago yesterday we lost a loving son, husband, father and friend and most of us blessed to have really known you lost so much more.. I lost a brother. 

You were a man’s man, bigger than life and you lived every moment over the top, as if you knew your time with us was short and you were hell bent on making the most of the time you had. You touched us in ways we didn’t realize… until it was too late to let you know just how much you meant to us all. 

I can write a book on “Life & business according to Jason” filling the pages with the many philosophical discussions you, Stephen and I used to have. To this day, when life tosses me a curve, I reach back into my mind’s files and pull out that ol’ memory and think of you, how you’d react and  I smile. 

I smile through the hurt because you left us with a lifetime of memories, children who keep your spirit alive and will carry your’s and Theresa’s love forward for generations to come… 

5 yrs ago yesterday we lost you, and the world is worse off for it, but still a better place for having you in it…

3 years….. seems like only yesterday we were  joking and laughing as if we didn’t have a care in the world, yet I feel as though it’s been a lifetime since I’ve seen you my friend. 

I miss you so much, words cannot express the emptiness I feel. You are my friend, my brother and I never told you how much you mean to me, how much I love you. 

I cry because it’s over but I’ll always smile because it happened Jason. 

I love you brother - see you on the other side.

Still is unbelievable, and hard to accept your untimely passing. I'm forced to reflect on over 12 years of memories while working at Carl Ziess, the good times, the tough times, and all of the impossible task that we made possible. We prided our selves on being the "get-er done" managers. I'm honored to have known you and to be able to call you my friend, my brother. Rest easy Jay, you're in God's hands now.

Jason, it was a pleasure knowing you. We always had great talks and I always enjoyed your company and positivity. I am sorry you're no longer with us physically but I am sure you are watching over all of us.

Thoughts and prayers are with your family. Still in disbelief but it feels like yesterday we were playing football in the street whether it was Parsonage, Pine, Adams or Pearl St. I looked up to you and you will definitely be missed. 

To say I was devastated when I heard the news would be an understatement. My deepest sympathies go out to Theresa, their children and his family - May God watch over them.  

Jason was larger than life - he had an infectious laugh with a smile and a personality to match. To know him was to love him. My fondest memories and the ones I will always cherish were of when we worked together. I cannot recall a day that he didn’t make me and all who worked with him laugh, often to the point of tears. Whenever we connected over the years, he would talk about his children and how there was nothing he was prouder of or loved and cared more deeply for, than his family. To me, that was what Jason was about – family and friends. They meant the world to him, as he did to all of us. Today, I recall how he unselfishly and generously shared his friendship, his smiles and his laughter. He brought true meaning to the phrase “friend for life”. I know I am a better person today for having known him and I am proud to call him a friend – for life.  God bless you my friend.

I was absolutely devastated to hear the news of Jason’s passing. He was a great person  with an enormous heart. I have so many great memories of him and our group of friends on Bell Blvd. He was always talking about his children and how much joy they bought him.  My thoughts and prayers are with Theresa, his children and his family. Jay was truly one of a kind and I feel blessed to have been able to call him my friend.
