Adored great grandfather of Maisie and June. Family and friends may visit at the Vernon C. Wagner funeral home 125 W. Old Country Rd. Hicksville on Saturday March 3rd between 2-6PM. A Religious Service will take place in the funeral home at the conclusion of our Celebration of Joe's life.
