Linda Joy Zoubantes

Linda Joy Zoubantes, born on October 14, 1943, and having passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 81, was a beloved and kind-hearted individual. Known for her adventurous spirit and humorous demeanor, Linda was a pillar of bravery, compassion, and generosity. An honest, thoughtful, and gentle soul, she was a protector to those she loved, always offering a helping hand.

Linda enjoyed an accomplished career as an executive assistant at CBS network in New York City, where her hard-working nature and dedication were truly appreciated. Her professional talents were matched by her artistic pursuits; Linda was an artist at heart, spending much of her time devoted to painting, which brought great joy to her life and those around her.

Family was at the center of Linda's world. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, James, whom she will finally be reunited with at the Calverton National Cemetery. Linda's legacy lives on through her loving sons, Robert (Linda) and Michael (Claudia), and her cherished grandchildren, Nikolas, Benjamin, Morgan, and Samantha.

To commemorate Linda's life, a Visitation will be held on July 31, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes, located at 125 W Old Country Road, Hicksville, NY, 11801. The Interment will follow on August 1, 2025, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm at Calverton National Cemetery, in Wading River, NY, 11792.

Linda's family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the support offered during this difficult time. Linda brought immense joy to everyone she encountered with her faithful and kind-hearted spirit. She is loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
