Mary was a beloved wife, sister, aunt, great-aunt, and cherished friend whose warmth, kindness, and love touched the lives of so many. She was the devoted wife of 25 years to her beloved husband, Brian Kilduff. Together, Mary and Brian shared a life filled with love, laughter, cherished memories, and many wonderful adventures.
Mary was a loving sister to Kathy (Richard) and Joan (Tom), and a treasured bonus sister to Denise (Vinny). She took great joy in being an aunt to Melanie, Sean, Christina, Patrick, Michael, Siobhan, Emily, and Colleen, and she was a cherished great-aunt to many wonderful nieces and nephews. Her family was an important part of her life, and the love she had for them will remain a lasting part of the memories they hold so dear.
Mary enjoyed making the most of life and creating special memories with the people she loved. She especially enjoyed spending time with Brian, and together they shared a love of vacationing and traveling. Mary was also an avid fisher, enjoying the peace, excitement, and time spent outdoors that came with it. When it came to sports, Mary proudly cheered on her favorite hometown teams, the New York Yankees and the New York Giants.
Those who knew Mary will remember her not only for the things she enjoyed, but for the love she gave so freely to her family and the special place she held in the hearts of those around her. She will be deeply missed, but her love, laughter, and memory will continue to live on through the many people whose lives she touched.
A visitation for Mary will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Home in Hicksville, NY.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11:15 a.m. at Holy Family Church in Hicksville, NY. Interment will immediately follow at Mt. Sinai Congregational Sea View Cemetery in Mt. Sinai, NY.
