Paul was my neighbor when he opened the roast sandwich house. This man had a beautiful heart ❤️. He would check on my daughter and I periodically to just say hello and how everything was. Lisa had 3 back surgery and Paul would show up with shovel in hand whenever it snowed. Also stopped by with his wife and baby he was sooo proud. My heart breaks for his beautiful lovely wife Stephanie and his son . It’s going to be a hard time for both. But they’re in my prayers 🙏 Paul May the Heavenly Father embrace you . You’ll be missed especially every time I look out my window and I no longer hear your voice or see your smile 💔

Our hearts are broken Paul. We cannot believe that you have been taken from us.

We remember the countless times spent talking and laughing with you and we try to take comfort from this. But it’s not enough.
You touched so so many hearts and lives with your kindness, your humor. Especially ours. You were one of a kind. Selfless, caring and ready to help anyone at anytime.

Perhaps you were too good for this world . I guess God needed you by His side to help make things better from Heaven. But a light has gone off for us here. We wish we had even just one more day to make sure we told you this. Dare we say that we are even angry that you have been taken from us ?

We know that you are watching over us. We each carry a little bit of Paul in us, and hope that we can continue your mission to make this world a better place for all. We will try our best to make you proud.

Your amazing legacy lives on in your beautiful son Michael.

We pray for your family, who is beyond heartbroken. We will help them as much as we can with whatever they need.

Please Rest In Peace beautiful friend. We will never, ever forget you.

Buzz and Kathy, my heart is irreparably broken. Paul was such a great kid and so respectful when I was the High School Band Parent President. He enjoyed teasing me (what a great sense of humor!) and always called me "Mama".
Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Love Always,

My deepest condolences. I have been a regular customer to Roast since it’s inception where I met Paul and I think we built a strong connection over the years through their food. We often chatted about the new specials or he might slip me a hint about what’s coming up next. He always put his customers as top priority for the best food and friendly service. I believe he was as sincere outside Roast and I will miss his company. My prayers for the family.
