Shocked to here of Bobs passing, It seemed like yesterday when we were working with him at Metco.  Our deepest sympathy to the family.

June and family - Rich and I are so sorry to hear of Bob's passing.  He and Rich worked together for many years at Metco and made some great memories.  Sincere condolences.  His memory will truly be a blessing.  

I am so saddened to hear this awful news.  I spent alot of time around the Zounek family growing up.  Christine and I were great pals and we use to horse around with Robert all the time. I worked with Bob at metco many years ago . I always enjoyed seeing him as he would always take time to say hello , how was your weekend, how’s the family . A good soul and friend. He always got a kick out of me whistling the adams family tune at work . RIP my friend 

So sorry to hear this~!!!  I worked with Bob for several years and have great memories.

It seems like years ago when Bob and I were in high school. We all hung out at the neighborhood fence. One of us showed up, then another and before you knew it there were 10 of us talking and laughing about life, music and school stuff. Maybe we would go to the Hicksville Theatre, Carvel or just talk. When looking back, those times must have been amazing since I walked 6 - miles round trip to meet with Bob and the crowd. I always admired Bob, he had the latest news, attended top classes and was a wiz in science and math. He was a role model to many of us. His determination and brilliance would inspire me in the years to follow. We were all happy when he and June were married, it was a perfect match. They built a wonderful life together. I thought about Bob over the years, the last time I saw him was on the 4th of July in 1980s. I was a captain in the Air Force and I remember we discussed satellite imaging and separating objects using light frequencies and periodic table That was Bob and the reason we all loved him. Ursula and I send our condolences and prays to your family and will always remember Bob’s good heart, contributions and sense of humor.

Dear June and Family, we are so very sad to hear about the Bob’s passing..  He was a big part of Jack’s childhood.  From practically living at there house, going camping with him and his family to Montauk during summers, to being his best man at your wedding. Many great memories were made.
