Although our beloved husband, father, and brother, AB Cook, is no longer with us, he will forever be in our hearts. We are all fortunate to have spent the last 69 years with someone of his character. AB loved the Carolina Panthers, golfing and playing pool with friends, gardening and cooking, and spending time at the beach with his beautiful wife, Glenda. For over 30 years, AB helped many people in the community through his HVAC business, All Seasons Comfort, and built lasting business relationships and friendships.
AB is preceded in death by his parents, AB Cook Sr and Hellen Cook, and sister Betty Hatfield.
AB is survived by his wife, Glenda Cook, his son, Jason (Whitney) Cook, sisters Patricia Wright, Marry (Jerry) Greenwalt, Linda Murdick, and Laura Sexton, brothers Henry (Lori) Cook, and Thomas (Sharon) Cook, sister-in-law Carolyn (John) Mays, several nieces and nephews and many extended family members who loved him.
For a man with a such a tough exterior, he loved his family very much and made sure they were well taken care of.
The family will host a celebration of AB’s life on Friday, June 17th at 2:00pm at Sechrest-Davis Funeral Home located at 976 Phillips Ave, High Point, NC 27262.
