HIGH POINT- Anna Lambeth Jeffords, 85, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, February 23, at Hospice Home at High Point.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 27 in the Chapel of Sechrest Funeral Service, 1301 E Lexington Ave, High Point followed by entombment at Guilford Memorial Park at 6000 Gate City Blvd, Greensboro. The service will be led by Associate Pastor Jared Stine of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. Ann’s family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 pm on Tuesday, February, 26 2019 at Sechrest Funeral Service.

Ann will be remembered as a selfless servant giving her heart to others. She dedicated her life to family, friends and the community. Those touched were The American Cancer Society, High Point Regional Hospital Guild, Furniture City Women’s Club, United Methodist Women, and Mobile Meals of High Point. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jack Jeffords; parents Carl Joshua and Anna Lee Lambeth; brothers Carl Salmons, Harry Lee and James Walter Lambeth.

Ann is survived by daughters Simone Drake and husband Richard Drake of High Point, Ginger Edwards and husband Gregg Edwards of High Point; granddaughters Sarah Drake-Howell and husband Matt Howell, and Christina Drake both of High Point; and by one niece and four nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at The Harbour Assisted Living and Hospice Home at High Point for all of their compassionate care.

Ann was one of the "old gang." Such wonderful memories. Loved the picture from Ray Street School (looked like the 3rd grade). Ann and I went to Ray Street, Junior High, and High School together. She was truly one of the good guys throughout those growing up years. Thanks for the memories.
