Callie Josephine Heilig Kendrick-84-passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Westchester Manor. Born in Guilford County to the late John and Lizzie Lamar Heilig. Callie lived and raised her family in Guilford County. She was a textile worker for W. J. Rives, Company. Callie is preceded in death by her husband John K. Kendrick and sister Aleen Manring.
Callie is survived by her two daughters, Sandra K. Wyatt of Marietta, Ga, Debbie L. Kendrick of Clarksville, Va. and a son John K. Kendrick Jr. of High Point, NC. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Katherine F. Wyatt, Andrew G. Wyatt, Gretchen N. Wade and husband Marty, Matthew J. Kendrick and wife Candace, three great-grandchildren, Garrison Wade, Ryan Wade and Maysa Kendrick.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, 2:00pm at Sechrest Funeral Chapel in High Point. Burial will follow at Floral Gardens Memorial Park in High Point. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, 12:30-2pm at Sechrest Funeral Services in High Point.
