Carol Lowe Hoover passed away at home on Monday June 16, 2014. Carol was born on August 30th 1961 to the late Willis Edmund Lowe and Pattie Sue Summey Lowe in High Point North Carolina.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband Fran Hoover, son Nicolas Hoover, daughter Sarah Hoover, two grandchildren Adam and Isabella along with her sisters Diane Lowe Gainey and Suzanne Lowe; two brothers Rick Lowe and Doug Lowe.
The family will receive friends at Sechrest Funeral Home in High Point, NC on Sunday June 29th from 12:30 – 2:30pm followed by a Celebration of Life at the High Point Elks Lodge from 3:00 – 5:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be sent care of the Ladies Auxiliary of the High Point Elks Lodge 700 Old Mill Road High Point, NC 27265.
