Carrol Lynn Sexton

Carrol Lynn Sexton, age 85, of Trinity, North Carolina went to meet her Lord on Friday, April 5, 2024. Carrol was born on June 10,1938, the daughter of the late Walter Leonard and Ruth Anna Kurlfink. Carrol worked in administration for some time and the later part of her life, she was a homemaker. She was a member of Fairview Church of Trinity and she sang in the church choir.

Carrol was an amazing cook. She had a garden where she loved to can vegetables and fruits, jellies, jams and preserves. Carrol marveled at the birds and loved looking at flowers. Her favorite past time was shopping! She loved her family and "Max" and no one was a stranger. She loved her grandkids and great-grandkids!

Surviving are her husband of 67 and a half long, loving, memorable years Claude "Buck" Sexton, one daughter, Darlene Sexton Smith (Eric), two sons; Mark Sexton and partner Nancy Campbell, Tim Sexton (Amy), seven grandchildren; Christopher Smith (Brook), Rusty Sexton (Fabienne), Courtney Sexton, Zac Sexton, David Sexton, Connor Sexton, and Delaney Sexton, and seven great-grandchildren; Izayah Chase Gilkerson, Hope Sexton, Adin Sexton, Liam Sexton, Noah Sexton, Benjamin Sexton, and Seeley Grant, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

A Celebration of Carrol's life will be held at Sechrest-Davis of High Point on Tuesday April 9 at 2pm. Officiating the service will be Pastor Josh Sands. The family will receive friends prior to service from 12pm-1:45pm.

Memorials may be donated to the Hospice of the Piedmont-Randolph Hospice House.
