Cindy was an avid genealogist, a passionate and devoted Christian, and enjoyed riding her bike on the Virginia Creeper Trail. Cindy was an entrepreneur, starting her own cleaning business many years ago known as Maid to Order. She taught all her children and niece to vacuum out of the room so you do not leave footprints on the freshly cleaned carpet. She loved spending time with family, friends, and being outdoors. Visiting the beach was a favorite past time for Cindy. The sand, salty air, and seafood would always call her back.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Pauline "Polly" Elizabeth O’Brien and WJ (Bill) Bennett, and sister, Judith Lynn Bennett.
She is survived by her three sons, Terry Clark, Andrew Nooe and wife, Rebecca Nooe, and Scott Nooe and wife, Mallory Nooe; Grandchildren, Grayson Clark, Carson Gorrell, Kinsley Nooe, and Addison Nooe; Siblings, Bill Bennett and wife, Susie, Kathy Schaal and husband, Glenn, and Bobbi-Jo Thomerson; Her special friends of many years, Kim McMahan Fields, Dolly Jennings; and very special niece, Heather Cox, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be a private event for close friends and family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate in her memory to Athena’s Run or Hospice of Piedmont High Point.
