Marianne and family,
We are sorry to hear of the loss of your father/grandfather. You came to our minds as we visited West Milford, for we were in NJ at the time, due to the death of Ed's mother. When we returned, we learned that your father had also died. He was a wonderful man who is now certainly rejoicing with loved ones who have gone before him. His faith is now fulfilled. Our love and prayers are with your father and with your family.

I cannot begin to express how much Don meant to my parents, Milly and Larry Marsden, and to my family. A wonderful neighbor and friend for many years! Mother and I ate many meals with Don and he kept us enthralled with his stories about his family and life. I have many wonderful memories of times Mom and I spent with Don. The best is the time Don and I acted out the "Seven Geese A Swimmming" for a Christmas party at the old dining house...we were in stitches, as everyone else was! I still have a recorded message on the phone from Don, and am so glad I did not delete it!

My love and prayers go out to his lovely family. Gerri,Marianne, and Donna....it was an honor to get to meet you!

Love,
Andi Morgan

Our best memory is that we got there to see him and meet our new family! He was the greatest and our new family is the best! No one could tell stroies like Uncle Donald did and he had the greatest laugh of all. We will miss him but know that he is up and dancing at the biggest party of all!! We love you Uncle Donald!! We have our arms around our new family! God bless Uncle Don and all of you!

Don, was a man of deep faith and was not only a believer but a ardent practitioner. He was very grateful for the simplest of gestures done for him. His love of his family was something to emulated. He and Mary flew to Greensboro every few weeks to be with his girls and their children. He taught his girls to be givers and and to enjoy life. He was always a joy to talk to and I had the pleasure of having lunch several times with him for which I am thankful. He was always the same welcoming person when he had good health or when he was struggling with his health. I know our lives have been truly blessed because we were fortunate to have our life journey connect with his. My Irish friends would say a short prayer and I offer the same for Don at this time. Don Schutz, God be good to him.

Don was a treasure and I am sure God will bless his soul with a special place. And although it is not the greatest of his accomplishments, we of the ROMEO's will be glad for his education about "juicy" pizza. Condolences to his family. I know he will have an eternal rest of peace!
