Ann was one of a kind. Caring, compassionate, loving, and sharing. I worked with her for 20 plus years at HPRHS. We shared the same birthday along with Marsha Pugh. It was wonderful having a fellow Capricorn at work. Ann you will truly be missed to all who knew her. Rest in peace and know I will always remember you on our birthday.

I worked ICU & PACU, knew Ann for over 20 yrs. Loved her immensely. She was one of the few originals in the CRNA group. Her, Cathy, Ann, Gail taught me a lot--will be forever grateful to her & the rest of that crew!

Ann was a special person. One of the kindest and humblest people I have ever known. The legacy she leaves behind is one of love and gentleness, concern for every person she ever interfaced with. I'm proud to have known her and that she called me her friend. I love you, friend.

Ann was one of a kind! Never complained, always went above and beyond and man, could she bake a cake!
I only wish she had been able to join us “retirees” for a lunch or two!
She is resting and at peace now🙏🏻

Ann was truly a sweet, caring person. When I graduated from anesthesia school she was so helpful in my entry into the profession. Giving and compassionate and a great cook. Those baskets she loved so were often filled with goodies for the staff. Rest In Peace dear Ann.
