High Point- Mrs. Frances Ann Clifton Ingram, 84, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2019, at her home. She was born on February 3, 1935, in Rockingham County, the daughter of the late Posey Bruce Clifton and Lillie Newby Clifton.
Frances attended Brosville High School and graduated from High Point College. She worked for the 3M Company as a sales coordinator for several years. Frances was a longtime member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Carter D. Ingram; brother Ralph Clifton and sister Elizabeth Myers.
Frances is survived by stepdaughter Mary Drew Donati; grandchildren Sophia Grace Donati and Ryder Donati; sister Mary Stewart; sister-in-law, Kathryn Ingram Lyon; brother-in-law, Thomas Ingram III; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Frances will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. The service will be officiated by Rev. Dr. Jeff Patterson with Rev. Jarod Stine assisting. The family will receive friends in the Asbury Room after the service.
