Fred was born on April 24, 1963 in Dawson County, Texas to Doyle Passmore and Rebecca Ayers Dunn. He had worked as a truck driver for many years and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Surviving are his mother, Rebecca Dunn of Friendswood, Texas; his father, Doyle Passmore and his wife Charlene of California; half-sisters, Michelle Graham and her husband Shelby of Pearland, Texas, Melissa Mendez, and Shawna Passmore; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial reception to celebrate Fred’s life will be held from 5 until 7 pm Thursday, March 3rd at Davis Funerals & Cremations, 976 Phillips Avenue. At Fred’s request, no formal services will be held.
