Lib was a sweet and very thoughtful lady who will be greatly missed! Lib and I talked periodically through the years—sometimes with fellow-nurse Doris Raper—reminiscing about their many years working with my dad in his OB/GYN practice in High Point. These were wonderful nurses, very dedicated and skilled in their practice!
Lib was an intelligent and a highly accomplished nurse working with Dr. Tom Tyson for over three decades throughout the late forties, the fifties, sixties and into the seventies, and Dr. Tyson spoke many times of how highly he respected Lib as his nurse!
I greatly appreciate Lib's granddaughter, Joy, calling me and keeping me informed of Lib's illness during those last weeks of her life.

Lib was a great lady that was a good friend for many years. She and I enjoyed some wonderful cruises together, including the Panama Canal. Lunch at the Pioneer Restaurant monthly for a long time was enjoyable. She will be missed by me and all of the friends she interacted with. I know your hearts are saddened by her passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Elaine Wall
