Jackie Barbee Mashburn

Jackie, a lifelong resident of Jamestown, was a member of Bales Memorial Wesleyan Church and loved helping others. Strong, independent, and funny, she found happiness in gardening, travelling, cooking and spending time with family. She loved sitting on her porch, watching her birds and other wildlife that shared her yard.

Left to cherish Jackie’s memory are her son, Marty Mashburn (Bridget); daughters, Renee Mashburn (Brian) and Cathy Mashburn Williamson (Danny); five grandchildren, Justin, Meredith (Meghan), Brittany, Adam, and Bradley; and three great grandchildren, Easton, Collins, and Finn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Barbee; sister-in-law, Glenda Barbee; and friend and former husband, Jimmie Mashburn.

A gathering of friends and family will take place from 12:00pm – 3:00pm on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Jackie’s residence in Jamestown.
