Jerry “Cowboy” Ramey Sr., of Greensboro, NC, age 75, passed away on Monday, May 3, 2021. He was born on June 24, 1945 in Low Gap, NC to the late Eugene and Edith Scott Ramey

Jerry is survived by his two sons, Donald Ramey and wife Meredith of Bristolville, OH, and Jerry (Doug) Ramey Jr. and wife Ginger of High Point, NC; daughter, Amy Kisby of Greensboro; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Elaine Reynolds and Cheryl Hulin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made Jerry’s late wife, Beth’s name to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123 or The Alzheimer’s Association 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.

A visitation for Cowboy will take place on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Sechrest-Davis Funerals & Cremations on East Lexington Avenue. A funeral service will follow in the Sechrest-Davis Chapel at 2:00pm.

Cowboy’s honorary pallbearers include: Anthony Brogan, Timothy Brogan, Jordan Brogan, Daniel Ramey and Christopher Davis
