Jimmy was known for his love of fishing, riding mopeds, playing bingo and coin pushers. He always read his bible daily and watched Charles Stanley on television. Most importantly he knew his momma loved him and he loved her along with the rest of his family.
Jimmy is preceded in death by his father; and step-mother, Lois Jean Hill.
Surviving Jimmy is his mother; wife of 30 years Brenda Hill; brothers Steve Hill, Johnny (Dorothy) Hill, and Jamie Hill; sisters Kathy (Mark) Jenkins, Donna Truitt, Joyce (Steve) Extrand, Charlene (Jerry) Truitt, Sandy Marion, Patty (Mingo) Eldridge, Julie Hill, and Lisa Wade; 2 stepchildren; 1 grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Jimmy will be held on Thursday, October 26th, 2017 at Crossover Community Church on Knightdale Ave from 12pm to 2pm.
