Jack was born on December 14, 1933 in Philadelphia, PA. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, the former Rosemarie Stock, whom he married on April 30, 1960.
Jack is also survived by 4 daughters and their husbands: Rosemarie and Martin Sielaff of Phoenix, AZ, Elaine and Steve Lenio of High Point, Kathy and Kevin Young of Atlanta, GA and Terry and Scott Mattes of High Point; and 10 grandchildren.
The family will have a private service celebrating Jack’s life. Friends are invited to send condolences or visit the family at the home of his daughter , Elaine Lenio.
