Judith was born on July 23, 1939 in Wichita, Kansas, to Fred Austin and Nine Fish Williams. Judith married Richard Bruce York (now deceased) on May 14, 1988, at First Reformed United Church of Christ where they first met. She graduated from Stetson University, Florida with a Bachelor of Music Education degree. Judith taught music in the local public school system and, also was the organist for several local churches including First Reformed.
She will be buried at Floral Garden Memorial Park in High Point, at a later date.
