Mrs. Kitty Lee Abee

Mrs. Kitty Stanley Abee, age 90, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025 following a brief illness.

Kitty was born in Altavista, Virginia, April 10, 1935, a daughter of the late George and Millie Martin Stanley. She worked in hosiery her entire career and attended the former Trindale Community Church as long as her health permitted. Kitty was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Abee and her son, Rick Abee.

Surviving are two sons, Ron Abee (Doris) and Wes Abee; two grandsons, Ben Abee and Taylor Abee and several great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 12 noon at Floral Garden Park Cemetery by Pastor Darrell Greene. The family will receive friends following the service.
