Lorenzo DeSantis

Lorenzo (Larry) DeSantis 81 dies at Moses Cone Hospital on Saturday July 26, 2014. He was born in Tufo, Italy on March 8, 1933 and immigrated to the United States at age of 4 with his parents Francesca and Pasquale DeSantis. He was married to Agnes Farrell DeSantis for 53 loving years. Larry was an active member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in High Point and was a member of the Knights of Columbus of the Bishop Hafey Council # 4507 and a Fourth Degree Member of the Father Robert McMillian Assembly 1828.

He is survived by his wife Agnes; sister Lydia DeSantis; one niece; four nephews; 6 grand nieces; and two great grand nieces. He was predeceased by his brother Frank and his sisters, Antoinette Iannotta and Jenny Mazzucco.

Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a. m. on Wednesday July 30, 2014, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 4145 Johnson Street, High Point, North Carolina.
