Margaret Ward Brill

Margaret Ward Brill, 98, a resident of Well Spring Retirement Community, went to be with her Heavenly Father on November 29, 2021.

Born in Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania, on August 27, 1923, “Peggy” came to Greensboro from Clearwater, Florida in 2006 to be close to family. She was a lifelong member of the Presbyterian faith and was always active in her church throughout many moves in her life. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Art, and grandson, David Mason.

She is survived by her three children, Sandy Bassett (Al) of Greensboro; Susan Mason (Mark) of Columbia, MD and Scott Brill (Claire) of Worcester, MA. Also surviving are grandchildren, Mary Jean Taylor, Matthew Bassett, Zachary Mason, Kathryn Brill-McGee, Anna and Leah Brill and great-grandchildren, Ethan and Grayson Taylor, Owen and Desmond Bassett and Jude McGee.

The family would like to thank Well Spring for fifteen years of loving care.

Interment will be private at Sylvan Abbey Mausoleum in Clearwater, FL.
