Becky was born February 28, 1932, a daughter of the late Jesse and Helen Wilson. She was a long time member of First Church of God, High Point.
She was employed at The Silver Knit Hosiery Mill and Adams Millis Hosiery Mill. After having her two sons she became a full time homemaker.
She enjoyed sewing, crafting and taking care of friends in need. She also enjoyed organizing and traveling on bus tours. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years Howard James Kanoy.
Surviving are her two sons Ricky (Debbie) Kanoy and Joe (Sherry) Kanoy, three grandchildren Dana Kanoy, Jamie (Kristina) Kanoy and Austin (Katie) Kanoy and four great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery by Pastor David Emory. The family will receive friends at Sechrest-Davis Funeral Home Wednesday from 7 until 8:30 p.m.
